11 Plus
The 11+ Entrance Exams consist of two papers approximately each 50 minutes in length comprising sections on Verbal Reasoning, Mathematics and Non Verbal Reasoning.
Entrance Exam
The Upton Entrance exam consists of two Verbal Reasoning papers each approximately 50 minutes long. The St Anselms Entrance exam consists of three papers: Verbal Reasoning, Mathematics and English which covers a Reading comprehension and a writing task.
KS2 Maths and English
If you feel a grammar school education is not for your child but you feel they would benefit from extra help in Mathematics and English, I also offer sessions tailored to each child’s individual needs.

About Simon
Simon has 25 years experience in Primary School education with the majority of that time in years 5 and 6 helping children to prepare for Key Stage 2 SATS and Secondary transfer. For the past 8 years he has been a dedicated tutor preparing pupils for 11 plus, Entrance Exams and Key Stage 2 Maths and English booster lessons. Fully DBS enhanced checked, Simon continues to teach booster sessions in a local primary school.
